This is actually the worst part, sometimes the sewer plates weigh like 100kg +. And you have those giant fucking ladders. Getting in is ok-ish but especially with bags it can be hard getting out. Especially alone.
There's some easier entrances like St Michel but Port Royal or Falguiere are awful. Generally the place is needed by electrical workers for work so the police can't close it all down at the same time, so there's a cat and mouse game with the police to know which places are open/closed at the moment
