An interesting saga, OP.
While I could easily fill the text limit with moralizing, I think the most immediate concerns should be to personal and environmental health.
Black mold is absolutely deadly and WILL kill you given enough time. It will weaken your immune system and make you susceptible to other diseases - and its not like you can afford a doctor. With Spring approaching, this means that once the temp and humidity is high enough, the mold will start to grow and bloom again, releasing a shitload of spores that you don't want to be near.
If you're forced to stay in a squat with mold and plan to be there through the spring / summer, I would HIGHLY recommend "acquiring" some concentrated bleach. After that, find an empty spray bottle - tons of people throw these away when they're empty. Pour the bleach into the spray bottle and spray the most concentrated bleach you can find directly on the areas with mold. If possible, scrub the area with a hard bristled brush.
You will of course want to wear a mask and goggles of some kind and leave the house for a while, as well as get some ventilation. It should be safe in about 12 hours. The more it kills (oxidizes), the stronger the odor / vapors will be, so you'll know it's working. Do be careful about applying the Bleach to areas with urine, as the ammonia in the urine can create chlorine gas which will be very bad if you hang around it too long.
This will not remove the mold entirely, but it will set it back significantly - enough that you should be able to make it through the season without too much issue. The real solution is replacing the affected material entirely, but that's a whole different story...
Stay safe.
