Any one ever use a poncho or some type of shit when hunting in cold weather? Last year I was in my stand hunting for white tail and it was about -20 degrees with windchill so I was bundled up like a burrito. Needless to say it's fuck damn impossible to properly shoulder my rifle with all those layers on so I ended up just leaving one arm out my coat and tucked in my bib overalls. I have this great rain slick i use for fishing and duck hunting but it's not insulated. Is there one like it for cold weather? Or what does /out/ wear to be able to shoulder your rifle in cold weather? I'm getting old and I'm getting more cold than I used to and it sucks.
