Some gear works in similar sports, but there's no one-size-fits-all equipment.
Get a MTB helmet for MTB, get a climbing helmet for urbex and climbing.
Destroyed my MX helmet a few months ago, that's obviously due for replacement.
My DS helmet could stand to be replaced too, i've had that for a few years now.
And I should probably get a climbing helmet for tower work... hard hat works well enough though.
