Umbrellas are nice in the heat since you can take off your sun protection and stay way cooler (especially if strapped to your pack). Umbrella condoms or umbrella headnets sound nice so you can do the same without bugs, but I haven't found anything that looks like it works well enough to walk with sticks. I'm thinking about making pic rel, where the blue is the net. It would go just to in the waistband, but had a cinched hole for my hands.
