Those of you who are permanent mini camper or car dwellers, how do you organize your stuff?
I’ve got 2 small plastic boxes for /out/ food and snacks and the big one closest to the camera for normal food, herbs, kitchen related odds and ends. The two wood crates are Czech ammo crates, one holds a jumble of utility items; oil, wire, bits of leather, sewing stuff, multi tool, maps etc. other crate has stove fuel, white gas, alcohol. If I’m making camp for a while I’ll take them out , stack them up and put a pad on them, makes a good chair and the big plastic box serves as a table.
When I’m ready for bed I’ll put sleeping pads, Canvas tarps etc on the crates to get a more even surface, planning on building a kind of bedframe with ikea slats so I can still access my stuff easily and collapse the frame if someones’s riding in the passenger seat.
