There's some loony tune that runs through thorns with his nylon poncho on youtube.
https://wildernessinnovation.com. Checks the durability box and tarp. Also advertised as used for chairs or hammocks, but considering /out/ just posts anime outdoor pictures, most y'alls fat asses would probably break on through to the other side.
Bushcraft Outfitters is the poncho Bushcraft USA recommends, or helped design. Can also be used as a tarp.

The Packa is a good option to look like the hunchback of ultra larp, but it's still a good, lightweight poncho jacket designed to fit over a backpack.
There's a poncho I see a lot recommended by helikon, the swagman.. Polish company, probably made in China. There is also the chest pack company that makes one, hill people gear. If you are looking at wool, weather wool makes a wool poncho and Canvas Wool Empire also makes a wool poncho for Molester River.
If you want a wool cloak, I think there half-moon wool. I'd just go to eBay and look at vintage wool cloaks.
Also, if you want heat under a poncho, the US surplus poncho liner is fucking great. Very lightweight, and good at heat production.
I can't believe i'm helping you lazy googlers.
Don't forget if the world ends and you're without a poncho club, that pic related always works and many use it.
