>>2051062>>2051057It's funny, neither my girlfriend nor i care much for eggs, duck or otherwise, so we keep them mainly as pets and for pest control and sell the eggs to offset the feed price. We've made fresh pasta a few times and have done some baking, but something about it yucks her out so doesn't happen much; to me they tasted pretty similar but like anon said a little eggier. The woman we sell them too is apparently allergic to chicken eggs but not duck eggs, which is interesting. Different protein I guess.
Anyways that's a good idea with the scrambling and feeding it back, and good tip about keeping them unrecognizable... they like to hide them from me so I wouldn't be surprised if they started eating them too.
