Also, please don't start any fires, as we speak a huge chunk of our decent woodlands is in flames already. I'd recommend anywhere between the Pyrenees to the east and Galicia to the west, the whole of the north is beautiful for /out/. Some places a bit further south like Avila, Soria or Cuenca would be worth considering as well.
