I know, it sucks. We were pretty deep into Ocala National Forest for the /out/ meetup but we still found a little bit of trash, albeit it was way old.

Sometimes its a good sign if you're makin' mischief on public land because it means that it is poorly regulated/patrolled.

Theres a neck of the woods in Sam Houston National Forest that is littered with several hundred pounds of beer cans and a bunch of shotgun shells alongside their discarded boxes.

Yep. I mean I guess I could take the cans to a recycling center for the $10 bucks or whatever it would get me, but not much use for a bunch of rusted shotgun shells. Theres also a loading pallet that has been blasted open for target practice or something I can use for firewood, but not much else.
