There are many set-ups there that would obviously be poor choices for a shelter (see: bathtub, open booth, clothes bin), some that are physically impossible unless you happen to be an origami master (low tetra, blue bell, star tent), and others that would less obviously be poor choices for a shelter. The problem is that there is no explanation or instructions given as to what should be used for what use.
While there is no single best tarp for every situation, and it's good to know a variety of pitches, there are some pitches which just aren't that effective as overnight shelters. The body bag and related C-flies provide some of the least coverage, as
>>103590 points out, while others, like the lean-to, shade house, and dining fly, as the names of the latter two suggest, simply aren't intended to be overnight shelters that withstand the elements, but rather temporary wind or rain breaks for a rest stop that you can put up quickly and take down just as quickly.
