of error in the show's S1 'map' is useful for
appreciating the S4 mini-maps.

and is clearly presumptive.
I also considered camera footage from the
show that can be matched to geographic
features in the map graphic and sat image.
This is particularly true for the birdseye intro
to each contestant, and rescue/tapout vids.
That said, not all contestant locations are as concisely (by which I mean fewer clips are
necessary) confirmable as, say, Alan's,
Lucas' and Mitch's, but when seven out
of ten locations on-map are confirmable
then I feel the show's map itself is reliable.
If you feel the show's map is inaccurate, then
you could try to help others out by providing
your own basis for doubt.
