You know what we don't have in the catalog? A mofuggin' tent thread.
I'll be making my purchase sometime within the next few days. I have a budget of $200 and I'm looking for all the obvious characteristics like lightness, packability, etc etc. Camping will mostly be done in the SE United States so no "four-season" business is really that necessary. I've been looking at two-person tents more and more so I can maybe use it with my fiance in the future and to give myself a little extra room for gear, a dog, whatever.
Prospects so far:

>Looks good and has good reviews, but that low price makes me think they skimped on something. I could just be overanalyzing it though.

>On sale for $130 down from $200. Looks good but it says that the packed size is 6x22 inches. I'm using an Osprey Kestrel 48L pack, so I'm worried it might be too long if I also have a sleeping bag down in the compartment.
Anyone own these? Anyone have better suggestions? Thanks in advance.
