I find it so fucking satisfying to plant the average splitting axe into the side of a tree.

Even when I'm not planning on fully cutting it, I just need to plant an axe into a tree, leave it there for a couple of seconds to admire it's beauty, and then move on to another tree.

This has been a habit of mine for the past couple of weeks.

Is there anyone else here who does this? I can't be the only one, there's no way.
