I've used Nalgenes and been completely satisfied all the time. They are the normal, bombproof, reliable water bottle. Sure, other things will keep your drink cold/hot, can boil, etc, but to me there is nothing like knowing that if you accidentally throw your bottle 70 off a cliff that it will be fine. I've used the Tritan (proprietary hard and clear polymer) and the UVPE (UV protected HDPE, soft opaque and ultra durable) versions of the 32 OZ (1L) wide mouth bottles and I love 'em.
