Hunting is a part of life. Are you strictly a vegetarian? If not, you have no right to be talking. I hunt humanely and pretty much eat everything I kill.
I eat venison, duck, rabbit, squirrel, turkey, and fish that has been humanely killed instead of factory farm beef that has been put into small areas of land with 5,000 other head of cows and fed the worst possible food that gives the best possible gains.
What do you think would happen if the deer population got out of control? It's already growing rapidly. Are you going to whine when they eat your vegetables and grains and you have nothing to eat?
What happens when the coyote population starts to get out of control like it is in Southern California and they start becoming urban and attacking people? You think you can outrun a coyote pal? I hope not..because you're in for a rude awakening if you think you can. Are you going to defend yourself or place your life in your bottle of pepper spray? A coyote is a wild animal, don't think because it's not very big that it can't kill you because you'll be wrong again.
In order for humans to live on this planet other species will always have to be affected. There is no way around it. Even Native Americans had a profound impact on their environment, you'll just have to get over it. There is no you living and leaving no trace. Everything has a footprint.
