Dr Loosen has this to say:

"Well chilled" does not mean 1 C or 2 C for Riesling, whereas a well chilled vodka, for me, is basically something like +1 C. I like it very oozy.
As for you, you can drink your wine any goddamn way you want, even from a cardboard box packed in rubber, but whatever you do, too warm Riesling consumed practically straight out of the bottle is not the greatest experience.
