Love this stuff, I like the lower sodium style though. The regular tastes great, but if you put too much on the salt overpowers everything. With the lower sodium style, you can load it up.

Make my own-

But there isn't, kosher/halal salt is literally flaked salt. Nothing about any store bought salt is halal or kosher and is only so named in certain countries because of its increased properties of removing blood from meat due to the shape if the crystals and not due any halal or kosher laws or (((who))) makes it. There is both kosher salt, and halal salt. Just because the only difference between them and regular salt is "some official said so" doesn't mean they aren't real. What you're arguing is the same thing as saying "there's no such thing as USDA Prime beef, it's just beef, no stop showing me USDA beef grading rules and regulations it's just beef"

I tend to make my rice & beans with taco seasoning but yes, the Mrs. Dash is breddy good on anything. Especially good with vedgies and fucking spectacular on fish & seafood. Really great on chicken and steak too though. When I make buffalo wings (not /out/) I dump a bunch in the sauce and let it soak so it thickens to a paste and it's amazing.

Red pepper goes good on or in literally anything. My favorite is adding it to ramen. Every night before I used go on runs, hikes or have cross country races I'd cook some chicken ramen noodles , sprinkle the right amount of crushed red pepper in the pot as it cooked. I'd eat the noodles, get some carbs in, then I'd have a deliciously spicy broth to drink that gave me electrolytes and spiciness that cleared my sinuses or any crap that would hurt my breathing. I account that to my success in cross country. Also it can mask shitty food of any kind.

Oh jesus.

I used to work at a hot wing delivery company. That shit comprised the majority of our hottest sauce, which we mixed in 5 gallon buckets.

It would literally melt vinyl food-sanitation gloves, we had to use nitrile with it, and if you handled the wooden ladle prior to it being washed it would give you chemical burns.

Good flavor though once you cut it with enough something else to get the heat down.

Yeah ours was different. It was a thick paste. We'd buy #10 cans of it from the local asian market, as far as I can tell it was simply puree'd hot peppers (I don't into moonrunes so not sure *which* hot pepper). Side by side it was significantly hotter than puree'd habanero and as I said earlier, would literally cause chemical burns.

The only other pepper I've been around that caused chemical burns on regular skin (not mucous membranes) was a Guamanian hot pepper colloquially called the "boonie pepper", Capsicum frutescens. It's like the 4th hottest naturally occuring (non-manufactured, since the top 10 are all 7 Pot boutique cultivars) pepper. Around 160,000-200,000 SHUs.

Kek, that's what we use daily in Puerto Rico, it usually last 2 or 3 weeks. It's good but after using it for decades the flavor is getting stale for me, I have to mix half a bottle with other spices.

Bucks seasoning is my go to for /out/ings. Plus the couple that make it live down the road from me. You can buy it buy the bag on their front porch or in containers like pic related at wegmans or other grocery stores. I put the original on almost everything

I will say that - cook yourself up some chicken leg drumsticks (any way you like) with the Montreal Steak Seasoning and you'll find it's even better on those than it is on beef! Doesn't work on other chicken parts as well but damn, dem drums.

Still great on steak or rubbed into a rib roast of course.
