Full of retirees, some nice areas directly East though. I work/live in CA because that's where the smartest people are making advancements in the most important industries. I own property in MT, OR, and WA because they are the best value geographically that I can buy lots large enough to not see other houses from/bordering public land so have no risk of development near me. It's funny that you think you should get some special points for being born somewhere beautiful that contributes nothing to the world, and never left to pursue anything notable.
