It's some of the toughest work on the planet, but, if you can shut your mouth, not be a junky, and handle weeks at sea, you can make well over 100k a year as a deckhand on good boats.
If you want real money you have to fish all the fisheries, crab the winters, halibut/black cod/pollack/salmon the rest of the time.
