Has anyone seen a tree rat since the eclipse here in America? Someone at my mom's church brought it up that he hadn't seen one since and he is out every morning drinking coffee in his backyard where he usually sees them. That made my mom and I think that we also haven't seen one since (my dog likes to chase them but they are always in our yard and if they're not then she looks in the trees for them which grabs our attention so we'll see them) then either.

I live in NC, just for reference. Probably a stupid question, but I'm legitimately curious.
