Plastic bottles(checked) UV or a day or 3 of sun before drinking.(After filtering all the literal shit and chemicals out, the bleach will kill most bacteria and the sun via the permeable plastic will kill the viral/rest of bacterial shit.
High Ground with cover against rain/hail/wind.
Insulation from cold. Water cover(tent or lots of well strung/supported tarps.
When all utilities are flooded, no wheeled vehicles will help, boats that can handle 6inches of water or several stories of water that can easily be patched in field will be your salvation. GPS WILL be necessary unless you know your surroundings via 10 or more feet of height above the norm.
Waste protection/handling. Water collection/filtering/gathering/usage. Cleaning yourself. Shelter! Most people have cellphones, download a offline map of your area so cell service won't disable your gps maps.
