The zion are pretty nice though, I like that they can be a sorta lounge pant as well as a pair I can wear any day. The leg roll-up buttons are sorta retarded though, and I'd definitely agree that they are often too expensive.
>pic relatedI like the Eddie Bauer "Guide Pro" pants as well. They are much more durable than they let on, and most of the time they can be had for 40-60% off. Don't ever buy anything from EB at full retail price, they have sales almost once a month. Almost everything from EB is shit except the flannels and these pants. I've not had a pair fail me yet and I've treated them pretty rough - that said, I've also not had a pair longer than a year just because I've been losing weight and needing to replace them.
They've also got a winter version that comes out in the season, that are just insulated with fleece - cozy as fuck, definitely worth it if you like the Guide Pro's on their own as they aren't very good in winter without some sort of base layer underneath.
