1. Live somewhere like the north cascades where smaller mountains are accessible. Gear and classes are expensive and finding a climbing partner is hard. The tallest mountain you ever do is Rainier
2.Get really rich and pay a guide to take you on himilayan expeditions. A large majority of Everest summits are these types
3. Dedicate your life to climbing, live out of a van and save all your money for expeditions. You will never have a fancy job and you will only work when needed to fund your trips
4. Same as 3 but get good enough to become hired as a guide and climb for a living.
