you need to fly in or trek in lots of stuff you cant source locally. like cement, window glass or tools, later on stuff like stoves or a fridge, mattress, propane tank, generator etc. so you can pay a cargo helicopter or some dude with pack mules. or cut a road, and replant it later.
after that you can utilize local material like stone or the wood like a old school cabin.
if you have the $ you can build prefab house. a helicopter crane cost around 5k a day in my country. construction takes 1-3 days normally. (after the basement, or baseplate is done)
but there will be a premium for the workers, as this might be different to a city prefab.
