I still like my Skeletool. I have never once been using it and thought to myself "Gee I sure wish this tool had 7 more blades of varying lengths from 1in to 3in". On the other hand, I pick up many SAKs and multitools and think "I will never use this or this or this".
I mean pretty much the only thing I would add with the Skeletool is the extra bit set if you think you will need the tools since that shit seems to be needed much more in my day to day than some goody ass old school can opener.
Seriously tho is the tiny saw on SAKs useful for anything besides just seeing if you can cut wood with it? Anything small enough to cut with that could easily be broken by hand.
