I'm kinda new here, I do outdoor stuffs quite often but my boots are kinda shit for hiking and I'm thinking of buying either Lowa Zephyr or Salomon quest 4d GTX. Which one is better and why ?

Those are both great boots so go with whichever one fits you best. You can’t go wrong with either though.

I still think Salomon is more sturdy but idk, my friend has a lowa and he's still using it after 3 years

I'm stuck with MOABS because it's the only brand that has a wide enough toe box to accommodate my 4E feet. Would prefer a high end brand that is able to be resoled, but none of them make a model wide enough.
