Hey /out/, what have your experiences been with bivy bags?

I am tired of the army issued bullshit i have been using and i want to try something better. What are some good bivy bags you guys have been using? Or do you have any suggestions?

I am looking for something that is:

>small and compact
>lighter than 3 pounds
>waterproof
>insect proof
>easy to set up/take down (under two minutes)
>preferably black or a dark green
