Hello /out/ so I live in NorthEast Los Angeles which is about a 30 min drive away from Angeles National Forrest. Sadly I've never been but I've made the decision that I want to get away and try to live out in the forrest somewhere. I know NFS allows you a two week pass to stay, but I'm talking permanently, anybody here gone hiking in California and if so is it possible to hunt and live peacefully in certain areas? I hear tell that Angeles National Forrest wouldn't be the place you would want to seeing theres not much to hunt, or maybe I heard wrong, honestly don't know. So let me know which area you guys think it's possible, Sequoia sounds comfy but that's just me. Thanks.
