I like it climbing, since I have more upwards peripheral vision wearing that than my full-brim hardhat I tend to bonk my head less. Stays cooler too since it's ventilated a little better.
Ground work I trade out for my regular hardhat. Full-brim offers good sun protection, and I don't have straps all over my face.

Some safety supervisors still want a "real" hardhat even though this one's still Z80whatever-certified.

Like I said, I like it for the ability to see upwards, rather than fitting into tighter spaces.
