A canvas tent with wood stove is pretty much a basic for properly living. You could make a tepee with canvas walls but there is a lot more to go wrong long term. Obviously plenty of food and clothes ect.

A sled, I made mine out of old downhill skis and plywood, cheaper, lighter, and pulls MUCH easier than an otter sled.

You can get a good canvas wall tent, and a woodstove.
Plywood for a floor.
Water containers.
Wood supply.
Lantern.

If you are setting up camp for more then a day or two, ideally you would want to clear all snow from your intended campsite. One, so melted snow doesn't wreck your tent and two so you can clearly identify level ground..

This happen to Joe Robinet on one of his winter campouts in which he sleded in a canvas tent and small wood stove. After I believe 2 days his campsite was a pool.

srsly? Your camp will already be setup so that is irrelevant. Your floor will be cleared of snow, and a tent built all around covering said floor..

Not really...any residual heat that escapes has to compete with freezing temps outdoors to melt snow to the point it doesn't refreeze instantly

There's a door in the OP. A fucking DOOR. Not to mention the wood deck it seems to have. I think it stops being a tent when you need mechanized machinery to haul it in.
