>>1110318osprey poco plus. mine's been riding in one since he was 4 months, now 2 1/2 years old. he's been in hikes up to 11 miles long, he can sleep in it, it has 22l of storage, a sunshade, best baby purchase i made. they're $$, but i got mine on craigslist used once (it still had the tags on) because the dumbasses didn't start their kid in it until she was 18 months and then she wouldn't tolerate it. so start 'em young and they'll love it.
