Now you got your weight, check for a backpack with a suspension that can handle such loads, try them on in a shop, preferably loaded with that weight - good outdoor shops will have sandbags ready for this purpose. check if the pack fits you and you can comfortably carry the weight on your hips.
You can go for 85l, it won't make much of a difference weight or money wise. It would be also ok to strap your tent and sleeping pad to the outside of the pack and only keep the the more sensitive sleeping bag in the pack.
