Just saying that having land is more than just a real estate investment. If you went through the effort of obtaining it, then you have the mind set that you want it enjoy it.
>>1119328I have a 150 meter rifle range and another acre+ trap/skeet range. Along with the 5 acres of lawn I also have 10 acres of forest. Its great for 4th of July bar b ques, fireworks and easter egg hunts. I doubt you'd want to bring your 5 year old over to look for eggs in an overgrown pasture with rattle snakes. I love being able to just walk around in random directions, without being tangled up in briars.
