Each trip pack more water than the last until you become acclimated to your goal weight. Then replace the water with more useful things.

Make sure your suspension is good enough for the weight you carry, if all else fails, eternal frame packs help a lot.

yea this, literally just add water. you can modulate weight by drinking/using/refilling
