I probably could have posted this in an actual arborist forum but 4chan should give me faster responses.

I have a landscaping company but I'd say 90% of my business is strictly mow-n-go.

I hardly ever turn down tree jobs and I've been asked to give an estimate on this tree. I don't have to haul off the debris, Ill just put it by the street.

2 questions.

1. How much would you charge? I was thinking approximately $400 to cut it down and $150 to grind the stump.

2. I've never cut down a tree that is leaning this hard to one direction. I'm nervous that when I make the 'pie' cut on the side its leaning to, that it could possibly collapse before I make the back cut. Maybe I should just make the pie cut more shallow than usual? Also, because of the lean of the tree, what if the blade gets pinched due to the weight?

I'm also just speaking out loud because I'm really not entirely sure.

pic related, its the one that's leaning hard to the left.
