You can take NOLS courses or there are lots of outfits that will train you if you commit to a full season. You'll just be doing babby trips your first couple of seasons until you pay your dues.
If you want to do hunting or fishing guiding, that usually takes local knowledge.
It's not a business you get rich doing, but it's a hell of a lot of fun and you can do ok if you keep your overhead low.
Coolworks is pretty much the site for finding jobs, including outfits that provide training, but after a few seasons you'll get most of your work through referrals. Especially if you stick to one particular field or region.
