Does your state/country have a Snakehead problem? If so what measures are you taking to stop it? In Maryland we can get gift cards for up to $200 for killing ONE snakehead and the taste great I've been droppin em like flies.

They are into the entire great lakes watershed apparently? Hoary shit! What a mess!
The zebra mussel is a problem.
The Asians fish out some carp and eat them, they get huge in the great lakes, like 50lb and bigger. They stir up the shallows and make a mess.

This is it with /out/ now a days, take into account the plant, shrub and tree invasive species, insects...you never really know wtf you are looking at half the time.

In Ky you'll get fined, have the fish confiscated (where it'll get frozen alive in a freezer as evidence for your court case) and you'll have to pay court costs.

And that's without the whole owning a hyper aggressive fish with razor sharp teeth that can crawl on land for miles, breath air, and attack anything that so much as looks at it funny.

put any dead animal on the end of a carolina rig with a circle hook make sure you are using at least 40lb leader line and enjoy. Even if they won't pay you there are no bag limits and you can kill them with bows and arrows etc., its insane how bad they want em out.

Any "injured" hardbait with red hooks or the such will work. Just make sure you have a leader and expect the lure wrap/paint to be jacked up after a couple days of fishing.

Pretty sure I jelly. Went out on the Mattawoman Creek last weekend with the intent of trying to catch one and cook it. No dice. Did manage to bring in a few largemouth but they were kind of scrawny. But as the saying goes 'a bad day fishing still beats a good day at work.'
