Specifically /out/ related because I'm looking to dehydrate large amounts of jerky, fruit and junk to take camping.

Definitely not looking for one of the crappy $50 walmart special ones. Absolutely needs to have a fan in it. Probably cabinet style with at least 5 trays.

Any suggestions? I sorta half-looked at the Cabela's ones, since I could pick it up locally, but the reviews seemed to be 50/50 on either it working great, or having the heating element burn out in less than 4 uses.

Looking in the $200-250 range, although I am willing to spend a little more if it is really nice.
