They only give land proportional to your farm output though. I think if you proved that you had x so many "employees" (or however communes get away with it) and enclosed their signatures in a list, they'd be willing to give you as much land as you can farm. They have literally tens of thousands of forested, laked acres to give away.
You actually get paid for your farm's output, too. They also offer funding for assistance with land clearing, initial financial assistance, etc..
Idk if mgtow dudes would really be interested in Canadian winters tho - much less Yukon winters (and summers!). It always seemed like Americans in mild-moderate wintered places marketing it to each other to me
