Again, though, what matters is whether your country regulates food overall, and what can be labelled eco/organic/green etc.
If organic means it can use very little pesticide, whilst regular can use however much they want, that's probably important.
If organic means they put "organic" on the label, but the state prohibits excessive pesticide use anyway - probably don't bother.
