>>1149147Arches is pretty great, and a lot of the impressive stuff can be seen with fairly low effort (delicate arch is like a 3 mile round trip hike). I've never personally gone into Canyonlands, but I've gone up to Dead Horse Point State Park, which is right next door, to get some of the effect. Moab in general is a pretty great place to visit, but I'm not sure how a lot of it is in December, as I've only ever really been in June/July.
Bryce Canyon is another one I've only done a short visit to, but was pretty neat. Lots of great hoodoos and views, without having to hike all that much. Cedar Breaks National Monument can give you a similar experience, and is closer to I-25 though. Its the same geologic formation exposed, but at a higher elevation, and at a higher drop off into a valley. The north rim of the Grand Canyon is fucking impressive, but a quick search says that closes in December.
I haven't personally been to Black Canyon of the Gunnison since it became a national park, and I've never been to capitol reef, antelope canyon or monument valley period, and I've been to none of the sites you've listed in december, so a lot of the shit you can do might just not be there this time of year.
