>>116165Anyways. First tip would be watch that greenpete video linked above, or read a few tutorials on knife making with basic tools. A crooked knife is just a regular knife with a weird handle and a bent blade so it all still applies.
When I did mine I did thusly:
Anneal file.
Grind bevel.
Bend blade end round a bar of steel, using a hammer and some flexing.
HT blade.
Final sharpen.
Handle.
It wasn't too bad really, aside from fucking it up and snapping the thing. I think I tempered it on the hard side to be honest. Call it a learning experience.

Oh and you'll probably want a normal knife too, so you might as well make one of them with all the stuff you learn from this crook knife! Or just buy a mora....
