I just got this cheap kayak to play around with (image is childs size but has what im talking about in picture), and on the right side of the image is a little screw out plug that the documentation says is a drainage hole. I unscrewed it and air came out, is this just from the air pressurized under heat? Will it be fine from now on or do i have to do anything to it now?

That was the nitrogen blanket.
Inert gas of any sort will work. You can get it refilled at most tire stores.

Last time I went to get my nitrogren blanket refilled the fucking idiot at the front didn't know what I was talking about.

Took me like half an hour to get to talk to the manager who luckily had services kayaks before.

You don't have to use nitrogen, although it is best, a cheaper alternative is just plain air, but a decent amount ad pressure is needed, so like other a non said, tire shop is your best bet.
