So I am kind of interested in fishing, but am unsure where to start.
I wasn't allowed outside much when I was a kid, so a barely got outdoors (and I am from PA) so I am trying to expand my horizons
I was wondering if you could help me with a few things.
1. What is a good resource for beginners, I tried google and most of the sites sent me to broken pages/books
2. I was planning on getting a cheap rod to begin with (Since I still have to get licensed and shit). Is it worth it to buy waders
3.I live in PA where the water is fairly polluted. Should i be concerned with the mud/water being on my skin for long periods of time (Feels silly but yeah). This is river/stream/pond water
4.Is long clothes/bug spray good enough protection from things?
5. I plan to just drive along back roads/creeks till I find some decent places to go in my area. Any indicators its a good spot?
