Vehicle registration and licensing exists in EVERY STATE. But not BIKE/Human powered vehicles and small/street legal trailers. You CAN get a library card if technically homeless(only way anon, land WILL cost money to live on, way of the taxes unless you have financials setup right to auto-pay to be able to live the semi-gypsy way.
Water, unless in the desert or Eco-disaster zones should be manageable. Power will be manageable for 2 decades or so til your setup degrades from UV/usage wear/tear. Heat can be taken care of with careful insulation/clothing/heating usage. Cooling can last you about 30yrs til the a/c fluid/gas evaporates.
Food will be an issue unless you scavenge VERY WELL and under the radar. Growing costs money, hunting moreso unless you have several thousand autodeposit into account for small rodent/bird/fish/rabbit. Then be prepared for LOTS OF HUNTING ALMOST EVERY DAY.
Waste MUST be handled properly or you will be hunted down by every business/medical/church/wilderness/government group(think dog shit fines times 1000000)
Never coming back and internet won't be possible for more than 1 decade. Tech and protocols WILL change beyond your setups abilities. Again, financial autogeneration levels would need to be setup.
