I got involved with a local angus farmer and started peddling household sized packages of around 15kg. There is no big money involved so far but i enjoy selling and interacting with people and eating prime meat for low prices.

Now i am looking to design the packages a little smarter, but the only cutsheet i found are for steers. Are there specific cutsheets for angus cows?
I was going to ask at /ck/ but they seemed busy deep frying mountain dew.
