Local cops usually don't even arrest people for trespassing. Exceptions for this are:
+ you're a dickhead to the cops
+ you're stalking someone or being a peeping tom
+ clearly have vandalized the premises
+ have drugs on you
+ and if you have a criminal history ofc.

If you don't do any of that and play the "I'm sorry" game they'll probably just write you a citation for trespassing (no punishment unless you get caught there again) or maybe even do nothing at all and tell you to leave.

Anyway urban exploration is cool but usually the people hardcore into it are faggots who take it too seriously because "muh urbex flickr viewcount" so w/e

Urbex today is fucked. It's taken a massive turn from 10 or even 5 years ago. It used to be focused primarily on photography regarding abandoned buildings, mine shafts, drains, etc. The whole, "Take nothing but photos, leave nothing but footprints." ideology is a thing of the past, as stupid as it was in it's prime. Now you have these retarded kids who climb cranes, dance on ledges and are generally stupid as hell.
