Alright lads, does anyone know any solutions for back pain while using sleeping pads? I currently have a NEMO Cosmo air sleeping pad, and have major lower back pain issues while using it. I have tried sleeping with it fully inflated and partially inflated but have been left hurting every time. I'm really considering switching to a foam sleeping mat, but I have no experience with them, and I have the issue of being extremely tall at 6'7". I haven't been able to find foam mats for my size yet, and I was wondering if it is possible to cut a foam sleeping mat for a size around 80"? Thanks for any future suggestions and responses.
