I also wore the same shorts everyday, I washed them a bit in the rivers when swimming, but again no soap. Started to get some weird gunky shit coming out the end of my dick. The very next day I hiked to a proper tourist camp site and had an hour long shower. Felt good, even used some hand soup from the loos to wash my winky and shorts. After that it didn't get gunky again. To this day I at least make sure I was my willy and shorts whenever I can.
